Do you feel stuck in a pattern?

This may be why.

The typical asymmetrical pattern

You may have other "layers" from sports, injuries, hobbies, etc but EVERYONE has the typical asymmetrical pattern underlying.

  • head centered over the right side of the body

  • tighter right SCM and restricted left neck rotation

  • left eye slightly lower than right

  • less left molar contact than the right

  • right shoulder lower

  • right hip higher

  • left lower rib flare ( external rotation)

  • right lower ribcage compressed ( internal rotation)

  • right foot supination

  • left foot pronation

The Human body is an asymmetrically designed system.

This leads to a typical asymmetrical pattern. PRI gives you strategic techniques to target these asymmetries AND other asymmetries in your body due to injuries, sports, work, etc.. This improves core, breathing, neutrality, the ability to lateralize, to achieve athletic separation and to improve your MOBILITY.

Repositioning has the power to improve so many dysfunctions.

Breathing. Core. Pelvic floor. Feet. Hip. Shoulder....

Experience it for yourself.
