my story
Over the past 25 years, I've taught THOUSANDS of people, in all corners of the world, how to FEEL BETTER, MOVE BETTER and IMPROVE THEIR BODIES. I have a busy physiotherapy practice in Vancouver, teach group movement classes locally and online, lead workshops for movement enthusiasts and am a clinical instructor at the University of British Columbia. I LOVE LEARNING and LOVE TEACHING. All bodies and levels are welcome!
